Ang Pow Giveaway Terms And Conditions
Participation in the Ang Pow Giveaway Campaign ("the Campaign") constitutes the participant's (or participant's parents / legal guardians, if the participant is a minor) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This includes any variation to the same made by Community Shapers Sdn Bhd (Company No. 764949-T) without any requirement of notice and the decisions of Community Shapers Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as "Community Shapers Sdn Bhd") which are final and binding.
Eligibility
The Campaign is open to all Kakiis members which are Malaysian citizens & Non-Malaysian Citizens residing in Malaysia for more than six (6) months.
Employees of Community Shapers Sdn Bhd, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, other related agencies and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
Campaign Duration
The Campaign duration is from 21st January 2009 to 9th February 2009 and may be extended at Community Shapers Sdn Bhd's sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
How To Participate
Access the Campaign via Kakiis.com. - Log in to your personal Kakiis homepage.
- Click on the Ang Pow icon.
- Select an Ang Pow to reveal your Gift
Each participant is only given one (1) round of Ang Pow redemption. To increase redemption rounds, participants are required to invite friends to join Kakiis. Every 3 successful sign-ups entitle the participant to one (1) round of Ang Pow redemption.
Gifts
- Gifts in Ang Pows are given randomly.
- Footprints won by the participants will be instantly appended to their available Footprints balance with the amount they won.
- Gifts requiring courier services will be delivered to the participants at a later date. A personnel from Kakiis will place a call to the participants to inform the delivery date as well as verify their details, including given name and home address.
- Community Shapers Sdn Bhd shall not be held responsible for or be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for the winners’ unsuccessful efforts to accept or claim any Gift.
- Winners (or winners' parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement from Community Shapers Sdn Bhd. By entering, each participant (or participant's parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees to grant the Community Shapers Sdn Bhd and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies the use of his/her name, details submitted through the Campaign website, likeness, biographical data and statements for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, trade, or promotion, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, the registration is ineligible, fails to claim a Gift, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the Gift may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Community Shapers Sdn Bhd’s sole and absolute discretion. Refusal or return of the winner’s notification as undelivered will also result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected at Community Shapers' sole and absolute discretion.

Community Shapers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute the Gifts with another of similar value at any time without prior notice. The Gift is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any other Gifts.
Community Shapers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to select the mode of the above Gifts, including but not limited to the colour, packaging, and model.
General Terms And Conditions
- Community Shapers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries that do not comply with the set rules and regulations and entries that are incorrect, incomplete, improper, inappropriate or fraudulent. Each participant agrees and undertakes not to damage or cause interruption to the Campaign whether intentionally or unintentionally and/or attempts to prevent others from entering or participating in the Campaign.
- By participating in this Campaign, the participants hereby agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Campaign and/or prevent others from entering Campaign.
- Community Shapers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, amend and/or withdraw the Campaign without giving any prior notice to the participants. In the event that Community Shapers Sdn Bhd suspend or cancel the Campaign due to any reason whatsoever, Community Shapers Sdn Bhd may select a winner in a random draw from the entries received for the Campaign prior to the suspension or cancellation.
- In case of any dispute, Community Shapers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to make the final decision and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
- Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt. Community Shapers Sdn Bhd and its respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, server or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, miscommunications or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electrical, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online; (ii); late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible e-mails; (iii) failed, incomplete, lost, garbled, jumbled, interrupted, unavailable or delayed computer transmissions; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Community Shapers Sdn Bhd that may cause the Campaign to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the Gift, or acceptance, possession, or use of the Gift, or from participation in the Campaign; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Campaign.
- By participating in the Campaign, each participant (or participant's parent/legal guardian if participant is a minor) agrees to release and hold Community Shapers Sdn Bhd, and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Campaign or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Gifts, or travel to or from any Gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
- Community Shapers Sdn Bhd, and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, directors, officers, employees, agents, independent contractors and advertising/promotion agencies make no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of any of the Gifts, including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Community Shapers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the Campaign without prior notice or consent from the participants.
- By participating in this Campaign, the participants signify their acceptance to these terms and conditions.
